Privacy & trust

Your CV is the most sensitive file you will upload anywhere

So it gets engineering-grade treatment, not marketing bullets. The details live in the Privacy Policy; this is the short version.

  • Data residency. Your dashboard, files and database run in Zürich, Switzerland (EU region).
  • Strict isolation. Every request is ownership-checked server-side - no user can read another user's jobs, CVs or files, not even by guessing IDs.
  • Deletion that works. "Delete my workspace" erases your jobs, CVs, extracted data and tokens. Temporary analysis artifacts are trimmed on short schedules automatically.
  • AI transparency. Job texts and profile facts are sent to the AI provider (Google Gemini, or your own API key if you prefer) to interpret requirements and assess the evidence against your profile. The matching math itself runs deterministically in W8Bot.
  • Consent-based access. External account connections only happen with your explicit consent and can be revoked anytime.
  • No hidden processing. No cookies, no third-party ad trackers, no selling of data - there is no employer or recruiter side to this product at all.
